Welcome to JELC (The Jewish Early Learning Cooperative). This site is designed for current JELC families, prospective JELC families, and of course...JELC ALUMNI and friends!

JELC is licensed by the state of Ohio and the city of Cincinnati to care for up to twenty-five children three months through three years of age. State and City licensing specialists visit the center twice yearly to assure compliance of rules.
